Urla is a village close to the coast, at 25 km of Izmir city centre, it is also the focus of many real estate investments at the moment as Urla lies next to Izmir and still has nice green areas to be developed.
Thanks to new job opportunities we moved abroad and are now looking to leave our house into good hands.
It has been a very difficult decision, but we feel it is time to sell our house; we are looking for a family who also has fallen in love with the Urla countryside, enjoys owning a large garden and quiet living area.
