We bought this piece of land not only because it is a 2 minute drive from the highway to Izmir, 15 minutes to the large supermarkets and shopping malls, but also because it is on the border of a village Urla, with its own supermarkets, hospital, dentist, police station, schools etc.
From our house beautiful walks can be made in the green nature and the views on the islands in front of Urla are magnificent. We have a perfect view from our 2nd floor on the sea and the mountains. By bike you can take a ride into the woodlands and small beaches, by car the popular breakfast place everyone goes to in the weekend.

Though we live in the countryside we have a direct neighbour villa, the owner has a fulltime doormen living on the premeses with his wife and 2 years old daughter. Oppisite of our house are 3 other neighbours, all have been living there for over 8 years. Behind our house, up the hill a number of our friends live in the residential compounds. Urla centre is a 5 minute drive and half an hour walk from our house. A small local grocery store ´bakal´is only 1 km away.
